About
Kaloupek Design was established in 2000 by award winning designer Brad Kaloupek as an outlet for collaboration with other creatives and artists. Since then, it has provided Brad with the opportunity to work with large advertising firms, other designers, small businesses, and individuals on a variety of interactive & marketing projects. The core focus of Kaloupek Design is web design, flash animation & front-end development.
Brad is currently employed as an Art Director for Macy + Associates, a boutique advertising & design firm in Los Angeles. In this capacity, he completes projects ranging from identity and print design to web design & site development. Perhaps his strongest single skill would be the ability to balance strong visual design and the in-depth technical knowledge required for that design's execution. His ten year career has exposed him to a range of creative environments, working with companies such as Deutsch, Ogilvy + Mather, Verizon Wireless, Immunex, ShareBuilder.com, and Virginia Tech.
Brad is a graduate of the Architecture program at Virginia Tech, an Eagle Scout, and his mother still enjoys doing usability testing on every website he builds.
Brad is available for select freelance opportunities and can be contacted by email at brad {at} kaloupek.com.

Created an Interactive "Common Ground" presentation for online naming pitch; the term "Common Ground" is rooted in the Eames' process of exploring shared aspects of a project. I'm posting this project not as technical achievement, but for the sweet simplicity the presentation design/execution was able to achieve and how it helped our client visualize the process.
